My area of practice is banking and finance, and more specifically legal structuring in the field of derivatives, structured products and fund transactions for financial institutions, funds and corporates.
I work on domestic and/or cross-border transactions or on transactions which have one or more international elements. Whilst being a French qualified lawyer, I worked on many transactions governed by English law and have drafted on a regular basis legal documentation in English and French, governed by either French or English law.
Geographic flexibility is also a key aspect of the way I want to provide legal services:

However, regardless of the area of practice in which one may specialise, my approach to legal structuring, and more generally to providing legal services, is that of a transaction lawyer, which involves, amongst other things:
